This year’s meeting of ELIAS (European Librarians in African Studies) will take place at the 7th of July 2015<\/b> in Paris, hosted by BULAC – Biblioth\u00e8que universitaire des langues et civilisations.<\/p>\n
Venue<\/b>: BULAC, 65 Rue des Grands Moulins, 75013 Paris. The meeting is open to ELIAS members and other interested librarians, archivists, documentalists or other information workers.<\/p>\n – Pre-Registration<\/i>: if you plan to attend please inform Marine Defosse (marine.defosse@bulac.fr<\/a>) as soon as possible and before 31th May 2015<\/b>. Numbers are needed for administrative and catering purposes and tour of the BULAC library.<\/p>\n – Registration on the day<\/i>: a registration fee of 50 Euros will be charged (including teas\/coffees, lunch and dinner on 7th july). Cash in Euros please – we cannot cope with cheques, credit cards or non-Euro currency notes.<\/p>\n – Library\/Institutional publicity<\/i>: table-space will be available on the day if you wish to bring any publicity materials about your own library\/institution to display or hand out.<\/p>\n – Accommodation<\/i>: please arrange your own accommodation. Suggestions are provided on the website of Paris tourist office: Theme of this year\u2019s meeting: “Special Collections”<\/b> We welcome: Short country presentations<\/b> The ELIAS meeting is also an opportunity for us to share our experiences and to learn about what is happening in other countries.
