{"id":1901,"date":"2015-03-19T11:02:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-19T10:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/scolma.org\/?p=1901"},"modified":"2015-03-19T11:02:00","modified_gmt":"2015-03-19T10:02:00","slug":"elias-european-librarians-in-african-studies-7th-july-2015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/scolma.org\/?p=1901","title":{"rendered":"ELIAS (European Librarians in African Studies) &#8211; 7th July 2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This year&#8217;s meeting of ELIAS (European Librarians in African Studies) will take place at the <b>7th of July 2015<\/b> in Paris, hosted by BULAC &#8211; Biblioth\u00e8que universitaire des langues et civilisations.<\/p>\n<p><b>Venue<\/b>: BULAC, 65 Rue des Grands Moulins, 75013 Paris.<br \/>\nAbout BULAC : <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bulac.fr\/bulac-in-english\/who-are-we\">http:\/\/www.bulac.fr\/bulac-in-english\/who-are-we<\/a><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\"><big><big><b>Registration<\/b><\/big><\/big><\/h4>\n<p>The meeting is open to ELIAS members and other interested librarians, archivists, documentalists or other information workers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <i>Pre-Registration<\/i>: if you plan to attend please inform Marine Defosse (<a href=\"mailto:marine.defosse@bulac.fr\">marine.defosse@bulac.fr<\/a>) as soon as possible and <b>before 31th May 2015<\/b>. Numbers are needed for administrative and catering purposes and tour of the BULAC library.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <i>Registration on the day<\/i>: a registration fee of 50 Euros will be charged (including teas\/coffees, lunch and dinner on 7th july). Cash in Euros please &#8211; we cannot cope with cheques, credit cards or non-Euro currency notes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <i>Library\/Institutional publicity<\/i>: table-space will be available on the day if you wish to bring any publicity materials about your own library\/institution to display or hand out.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <i>Accommodation<\/i>: please arrange your own accommodation.
